KNOW „YOUR“ PRICE WHEN SELLING OR RENTING

It's become public knowledge that you give away money when the price of a property is too low, and that a price that's too high can scare interested parties away from the start, and you never get in contact with them again. A lot of private sellers try to sell their property without a price after that. But only a certain price draws the right target group into your apartment, your house, your property or your commercial property. Only the (right) price rouses interested parties with the relevant budget and arouses their interest. A property without pricing often attracts a lot of "real-estate tourists" and leads to unnecessary telephone calls, emails and visitings of the property. A real estate without a price is often supposed to be "auctioned" to the highest bidder in a "bidding process". This bears the risk that one doesn't know enough about the subject and also the risk of a "downwards auction". This means that potential interested parties wait until the property gets cheaper. At worst some interested parties know each other and discuss the matter with each other to get the property as cheap as possible. When dealing with bigger properties, which are generally interesting for investors, the interested parties basically don't engage with "bidding processes" and these actually valuable interested parties are lost forever. From experience invitations to submit quotations for properties that aren't priced out are usually not followed up at all.

Therefore, this is my Immotip for you: As an expert real estate agent with special market knowledge especially in Innsbruck, Innsbruck-Land, but also all of Tyrol, I'm happy to help you with finding the right price.
