Procedure until you move into your new flat:
After your initial contact, you will receive an appointment to view the apartment within one week. If you decide to rent the flat, the deposit and the broker's commission are due before the contract is signed. After you and the landlord have signed the contract, you will receive the key to your new rental flat according to the contractual agreement.
Incidental costs to the rental agreement:
The only additional costs for rented flats are the statutory broker's commission. With us, you do not need to pay any extra contract preparation costs. Since 11 November 2017, tenants and landlords of residential premises are also exempt from the statutory brokerage fee.
