Atthe beginning there is the willingness to sell your flat, house or other property. First of all, people often ask their neighbours if they want to buy. Then friends, acquaintances, ask around in the extended circle of acquaintances. You know the game Silent Post ? A child's game, but the term is also used symbolically for the falsification of news through multiple informal passing on.

In real estate sales, too, the unbundled passing on of news that has not been professionally prepared distorts it.

The consequences? Potential buyers who are good in and of themselves are put off. Incorrect data can lead to nasty liabilities for you as a property seller. The misrepresentation through different, finally falsified data about your real estate lead to its merciless "ruination" on the market. The consequences: Price reduction and a so-called "auction down".

Hence my real estate tip to you:

Avoid playing the silent game when selling your property. Turn to ONE real estate trustee of your choice who, as a real estate agent, procures the documents and data for your real estate sale, examines them expertly and passes them on in bundled form. The communication flow thus remains in one hand. The result: the best purchase offer for your property can be presented to you in a comparably bundled form. The communication takes place via an interface and the pleasant side effect: you save yourself the flood of hundreds of emails that are no longer manageable.
