If you follow our blog, you may have read a post or two about how to recognise a reputable estate agent. One of the most important features is the free initial meeting. Especially if you are selling a property, the first meeting is essential.
In this article, I would like to introduce you to how the initial meeting in our brokerage office works and why it is so important for you and for us.
With the checklist to the initial interview: this is how we proceed at Arealita
The free initial consultation usually takes place at the property for sale - i.e. at your premises. We have a checklist ready for the appointment, which we go through with each of our potential clients.
First of all, we ask for the most important key data about the property, the location, the existing documents and, of course, your price expectations.
Afterwards, we will take a closer look at the property or the plot of land together with you: What defects are visible? Are there any special features due to the location (e.g.: shady or sunny location)? What does the surrounding area look like?
Afterwards, we will be happy to make you a preliminary price proposal if you wish. However, we will of course check this more closely once we have obtained all the documents relevant to the sale at a later date and have prepared the exposé for the sale.
Last but not least, we will outline our proposal for the marketing concept. If you entrust us with the sale of your property or land, this concept will of course be worked out for you.
Initial meeting as a brief presentation of the property for sale for the estate agent
For us as real estate agents and experts for real estate in Tyrol, the initial meeting is primarily intended for collecting the most important key data. Once we have gathered this and gained an overview, we decide with you whether we are the right contact for you.
Why do you need this initial interview?
The initial meeting with our real estate agents in Tyrol is all about giving you an impression of our competence and us as people. From your own experience you can certainly say: If you "can't smell" someone, you definitely don't want to have to rely on that person when (selling) real estate.
Do you still have questions about our initial consultation?
Or are you looking for a reputable estate agent whom you can commission to sell your property?
Then please feel free to make an appointment with us by phone(+ 43 512 580 242), by e-mail(immobilien@arealita.at) or via our contact form. I look forward to your enquiry!
With kind regards
Yours, Bernhard Großruck
