On 13 September 2021, the PROchecked team presented the real estate market report "WOhnen &WIrtschaften in Innsbruck 2021". Since we want to know everything about the real estate industry, especially in Innsbruck, Arealita was of course also on site.
The speakers of the evening were Johannes Anzengrupber, BSc. (Vice Mayor of the City of Innsbruck), KommR Arno Wimmer (WKO Fachgruppe Tirol Immobilien- und Vermögenstreuhänder), MMag. Georg Frischmann (Head of Private Banking Hypo Tirol) and Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Lotz, as well as Mag. Stephan Steiner (Head of Public Institutions Hypo Tirol). In addition to the prestigious speakers, one thing in particular stuck in the memory of the Arealita employees: the presentation slide with the resale prices of Innsbruck real estate 2021.
This is because sales on the Innsbruck property market in Tyrol also reached peak prices in 2021. The price ceiling in Innsbruck this year was 11,385 euros per square metre in Höttingen. Prices that almost make you breathless.
But the average price is also impressive. On average, Innsbruck residents sold their property for just under 4,758 euros per square metre last year. This proves that selling property in Innsbruck still literally pays off.
If that's not an incentive to sell vacant properties ...
With kind regards
Yours sincerely, Bernhard Großruck
