The magnolia tree in front of our office in Kaiserjägerstraße is blossoming, the days are getting longer and the sun can be seen more often again. For most people, this means that spring is here. For my team and me, that means processing enquiries, arranging viewings, inspecting properties... Now you're probably thinking to yourself "Well, that's obvious, this is an estate agent's office after all."

You're absolutely right, of course, but spring is one of our peak seasons as estate agents in Tyrol. Because springtime is real estate selling time!

Real estate market blossoms in spring

No sooner do the temperatures start to rise than the first enquiries from people looking for flats start to trickle in. As spring progresses, the demand for flats, houses and land continues to rise. The reason? The warmer weather makes interested parties more active and they are more motivated to look for real estate again.

But the demand for appraisals and initial meetings for property sales is also increasing. Sellers especially like to schedule house viewings in the transitional season to be able to present their property in the best light. After all, it is easier to show the property or the plot of land in the sunshine: House entrances, gardens or balconies are not covered by snow and property boundaries are more clearly visible.

Now that buyers and sellers are waking up from hibernation, so to speak, the months from April to June are therefore a somewhat more challenging time for us. My team and I are on the road all over Tyrol to support prospective real estate buyers and property owners with their concerns.

We sell and rent:
