Are you about to sell your house? Or are you at least considering this step? In the high-priced real estate province of Tyrol, this is particularly attractive: demand is higher than ever and so are the prices. However, this market situation also has a downside: even a small mistake in your strategy can cost you 80,000 euros or more.
You don't believe that? Unfortunately, that's how it is... From my practice as an estate agent, we have seen this dozens of times: The wrong starting price, a missing indication, a legally non-binding purchase offer - already the sales price drops or you have to accept a worse offer. And only 10% deviation quickly adds up to 80,000 euros, especially in Tyrol.
So much for fear, but now for opportunity: how do you get a top price for your house sale?
One thing is clear: you certainly don't want to sell below value. And you want to avoid making a mistake like the one described above. But how can you make sure that none of these common mistakes happen to you? How do you come up with a plan that will enable you to have a good, smooth and safe sale?
As a state-certified real estate agent and court-certified expert, I have been thinking about this for quite some time. You can read the results in the following 16 detailed blog posts. The volume is already a small book and you will benefit from my experience from more than 1,000 property sales.
Don't worry: the answer is not "find a broker" every time. Because that would simply be wrong. Many things you can also do yourself. I simply want to give you a guideline to let you make an informed decision: "Do I carry out my house sale all by myself or do I get the help of an estate agent?" Because quite honestly, there are also very successful sales without an estate agent. But there are also cases where certain problems would probably not have arisen if there had been state-certified and trained help.
It's best to pick out what will help you the most in my series of articles on "Selling a House". And if you have any questions: Don't be afraid to ask us. We are happy to help. If this makes you trust us and want to hire us: All the better - please measure us by whether we keep our promises.
Finally, all that remains is for me to say: Have fun and be successful with our series of contributions!
